All services are free to Allen County residents over 60 years old that live in their own home.
How do I schedule a ride to the doctor?
Call 419-228-5135 and our receptionist will help you.
Where does ACCoA funding come from?
90% comes from a County Levy
3% comes from client donations.
2% comes from United Way.
3% comes from Federal PASSPORT/Title III Grants.
2% comes from Interest/Local Contributions/Misc.
